• Manage, Maintain & Support Active Directory, Virtual Exchange servers which include Patching, Upgrades, Backups, Hygiene management, Group policies, Users/Mailbox management, Audit, User Access Management. Generic Controls ,Security , AD sites and services, Mail database management ,Exchange DAG ,Archiving, Email Relays , Transport rules, and Documentation of AD & Exchange • Virtualization on Hyper-V 2008/2012 which includes creation, maintenance and management of virtual servers to be available for business with maximum uptime and meet SLA defined.• Preventive and maintenance task which includes security updates, Firmware updates, Compliance , Access control, Audit , Hardening of servers and Storage to be highly available for business and bring continuous improvement in process of daily tasks.• Maintenance, Monitoring, Capacity Planning for Server Hardware, Storage, Windows Infrastructure for more than 300 servers; Perform troubleshooting for complex issues, Virtual servers performance issues, software and network problems; Prepare reports as needed.•Prepare Project Plans in areas of Servers, End points , Security , Data Center meeting project scope, quality, Tracking, execution plans , Post project issues, Completion reports , work evidence , updates and projects documentation.•Server hardening as per compliance defined, Audit requirement, InfoSec policies, security updates, patching for client and servers through LANDesk and submit status reports.•Support client machines and mobile devices for issues related to access , collaboration , Risks , security and asset management •Identification and report on security measures for threats and prepare responsive procedure.

• Install, Support and Troubleshoot servers running windows server 2003 /2008 /2012 with applications of messaging, file & print sharing, proxy, Windows updates, Axapta, Backup, Antivirus, etc.• Install, configure and maintain domain controllers, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, RAS, DNS records, Backup, restoration and recovery in case of disasters. • Provide technical support to users through installation, configuration and securing desktops, laptops, network printers, network scanners, File sharing/security, disk quotas, ERP clients, Mail clients, Antivirus, Office applications running on Windows OS, and provide support to handheld computers, PDAs, Blackberries; • Manage different process flows like Incident Management, Problem Management and change management through HP service delivery manager and HP Project and Portfolio Management.• Conduct evaluation of network, server architecture, client computing and manage procurement for IS hardware, equipment and services; Work on multiple projects, of varying scope and size, with strict deadlines.• Ensure compliance with regional and global policies and standards, Ensure software license compliance• Create, manage and maintain internal SLA’s in different entities of Linde group.
