BHD. 1.Coordinate with planning department to install the priorities pipe spools.2.Responsible to monitor the installation of the pipe spools as per drawing.3.Priorities all pipe and fittings intended for fabrication of piping spools and shall be stored and preserved in accordance with the project approved material storage and preservation procedure.4.Pipe spools, pipe supports, valves, and other components/equipment should be installed as per approved construction drawing.5.Lead the team for the internal punch list for every test package.6.Responsible to lead the walkdown team and clear all “A” categories work list before performing hydro test.7.Coordinate with testing body for the procedure requirements of hydro test and flushing.8.Monitoring of hydro testing, flushing and reinstatement.9.Preparing test package based on procedure and system requirement.10.Lead the team to locate the welded joints for NDE clearance.11.Monitor quality control for assigned area, preparation & issuance of site technical queries for clients response. Preparation & submission of piping test pack & piping QC pack. 12.Coordination & issuance of request for inspection (RFI) to client. Preparation & signing off of QC inspection report. Liaise with other contractor, main contractor and OWNER to ensure smooth work execution. Report to project manager daily pipe work fabrication & erection and initiatives notice, assist in the development of the piping engineering project completion project.13.Attend site meeting, liaison with consultant, client and supplier/vendor.
