- Incharge of monitoring and planning for preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical parts.- Incharge of solving quality issue regarding hydraulic system for Separator machine.- Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical problems.- Carry out daily breakdown analysis report (mechanical & electrical) and diagnose breakdown problems.- Assist manager in CapEx & OpEx for improvement and sustaining assets in Plant (i.e. hydraulic system and drive upgrade, installation of solar panel, and revamp of melting and holding furnace).- Plan for maintenance shutdown schedule as well as monthly preventive maintenance and liaise with other departments for other maintenance job request.- Design and fabricate jigs used for technical and maintenance team.- Liaise with contractor for any project or maintenance carried out in Plant.- Incharge in handling vibration monitoring system for foil mill and roll grinding machine. In progress for OpEx project to apply vibration monitoring system at separator machine.- Incharge in applying maintenance management system to reduce maintenance breakdown, properly manage preventive maintenance work order, and manage spare parts for both electrical and mechanical.

- Responsible to translate customers’ requirement into design specification, evaluate design feasibility, and provide technical expertise to meet customers’ request. - Ability to decompose general drawings into processing drawings by interpreting and convert customers' 2D drawings into 3D modelling for machining process.- Responsible for checking and reviewing customers' 3D models before release for machining and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).- Experience of handling and monitoring projects from design stage until project completed to ensure that the project is delivered to the customer on time (i.e. hydraulic deep press machine 150–1500-ton, hydraulic punch hole machine, and sand mill machine).- Execute mechanical piece part design, process, and tool verification for new machine/parts and hydraulic cylinder before release to customer.- Responsible for design, develop, and improve existing jigs and fixtures for assembly, welding, and machining process.- Operate several machines (i.e. conventional milling and lathe, grinding, band saw, and hydraulic press machine) to assist and support production and project progress. - Incharge in assembly, troubleshooting, testing parts and machine, mold, and hydraulic cylinder.- Assist machinist and programmer for any problem/issues occur during machining process.- Involved in modification and improve design for existing in-house/ customer's part and repairing valve body.- Provide technical support on design drawings related issues during welding, machining, and assembly process.- Participate in system Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Test and Commissioning (T&C) procedures/plans and pressure testing. - Assist Plant Manager on plant extension project by reviewing existing plant layout/structure and designing additional plant structure. - Managing the work task for design drawings, supervising and providing necessary guidance to design team.

- Design mold for compression molding, injection molding, and stamping.- Design die for rubber extrusion.- Design jig and fixture used for assembly components.- Troubleshoot problems occur during production and mold making process.- Assembly and testing mold before release to production.- Assist in setting up new mold before passing for mass production.- Operate several machines (conventional milling and lathe, sand blasting, and grinding) to support production and mold making process.- Repair and improve existing mold to speed up the production process.- In charge in assembly parts and components.

- Assist in making woodcraft products, gazebo, pergola, and wood decking.- Create 2D drawing of finish goods to keep as documentations.

- Learn on assembly process and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of Low Voltage cut-out fuse switch.- Assist in restructure storage layout to maximize space and increase production rate.

- Assist in warranty claim from customers.- Assist in final inspection of finished goods before being shipped to the customer.- Assist in reworking defective parts and solving issues at customers’ production floor to reduce downtime.- Make proposal on designing of mezzanine floor to optimize storage area.
