Sr. Manager, Application Development And Support
Current• Key member on bank’s digital transformation project to implement full digital bank with T24 system.• Lead and manage a team of 21+ members including software developers, application support team and project managers for system design, development, testing, implementation, roadmap and troubleshooting.• Point of contact (Business Service Leader - BSL) between IT and business teams to align IT developments and systems roadmap with business objectives and bank strategies.• Direct and oversee assigned projects from conception to the finished product and implementation including project planning, management, execution and completion as per cost, quality and deadline. • Lead and orchestrate challenging integrations between heterogeneous systems, and develop a complicated integration layer between Core banking (Phoenix – XAPI/TPI) and bank e-channels including SMS, USSD, Cortex/IST, ATM, IVR, Call Center, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.• Accountable for all bank e-channels and payments switch (Cortex & IST) change requests, implementations and certifications with national & international switches (KNET, VISA, MasterCard). • Ensure that all assigned projects are completed to specification, within an established timeframe and budget to meet business requirement and customer’s impact• Monitor the day-to-day live system issues/tickets to SLA with business users and 24/7 uptime and improve IT KPIs.• Create and develop overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.• Work extremely closely with the software development team to support the SDLC, deployments, DevOps, architecture, and more. To provide best practice for engineering methodology (development, testing, debugging for software and systems)• Responsible for and managing the development and execution of the IT budget within organization
