Job Profile:-• Conducts quality control monitoring by inspection, sampling and testing on delivered materials.• Preparing daily production reports and summary report.• Providing secretarial and administrative support using MS Office.• Responsible for maintaining the MS Outlook Calendar for arranging the meetings as per provided schedule.• Responsible for performing secretarial functions, preparing day to day reports and data’s on daily basis. • Maintaining all the filings / records of production reports & loading area reports.• Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records and other documents; develop and maintain data and perform routine analysis and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports.• Preparing client transmittal to send drawings & design calculation to client also preparing internal transmittal to issue drawings to production & QA/QC for fabrication.• Updating engineering drawings which we are distributing to subcontractors by engineering’s instruction.• Preparing site document list with hyperlink.• Preparing engineering outgoing transmittal list for subcontractors & client.• Handling various documents drawing such as plan drawing, electrical drawings, piping instrumentation drawing, shop drawing, specification procedures, data sheets, test package, calculation sheets test reports of manufacturers and vendors, bill of materials, material requisitions etc,
