Utilizing 4 years of commercial vehicle experience in the field of technical, production and quality. Managing and set up quality plan for new project that involve receiving, in – process and final acceptance of product to comply with standards, procedures, specifications as well as customer requirements. (Project:- manufacture, supply, delivery, testing, commissioning 150 units of single deck 10 metre city feeder bus for MRT)

As department head and responsible for quality management in new commercial vehicle project to ensure successful project execution and grows in Malaysia. Deliver 120 units bus to customer.Responsibilities:-- Plan and lead a team of quality member to achieve the best product quality, follow company process, standard and meet customer requirement.- Manage and solve supplier quality issues for both local and oversea supplier. - Successful liaise with customer for complaint and improvement activities.- Support on logistic, on-site receiving and production to ensure successful project execution.

Plan, manage and monitor production of commercial vehicle in all activities involving material, production, quality, registration, product delivery but not limit to suppliers, assembly partner and customer issues in order successfully project execution within the baseline schedule. Deliver 420 units bus to customer.

Support in QA and QC processes for assigned project to ensure production comply with standards and customer requirements. Responsible on project documentation such as work instruction, quality report and supporting document for payment claim.

Supervise activities of assembly line involving chassis extension, body assembly, painting and finishing to ensure the production flow run as per schedule and comply customer requirements. Handle in-process issues to maintain 2 days takt time while comply the procedure.
