- Drive the Sales & maximize profitability~~ Execute the main sales initiative of the Brand~~ Daily, weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results~~ Optimize the duty rosters to guarantee proper floor coverage, maximize sales whilst minimizing payroll expenses- Achieve High Service Standards~~ Provide coaching to floor staff on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, etc. to ensure the highest level of service is achieved.~~ Conduct daily briefings to the floor staff to customer service, month to date sales, grooming and highlights of the day.~~ Lead the team and put in place appropriate action as to offer a WOW Service experience to the customer.~~ Provide exemplary customer services to floor staff and work with the team to best handle customer complaints.- Maintans Best Retails Standards~~ Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance wiht company SOPs~~ Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.~~ Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.~~ Be vigilant and practice regular checks on staff movements during operating hours.- Inventory Integrity~~ Work with the store staff to manage inventory and minimize stock losses~~ Monthly stock take routine to ensure inventory accuracy and submission of reports on timely manner.~~ Responsible for all stock control documentation and resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days and report all findings to Manager.- Team Leadership~~ Assist the Manager in monitoring staff performance on a regular basis and identifies areas for training when necessary.~~ Conduct on the job training to floor staff and give proper product training/knowledge and provide WOW service training to staff~~ Regular store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the staff.

Supply and consult new customer or investors that have interest to open the new laundry shop. We supply the machine & chemical and also a guideline for outlet renovation. Manage all issues and SOP for the laundry shop and make sure all jobs have been done correctly and follow the procedure.

• Working independently while using standard protocol when needed to respond to customer issues.
