Ensuring cost-effective facilities management of all of Emaar Properties to support the company’s strategic objective of achieving excellence by providing the necessary services (Operation of Facility buildings / Utilities, Equipment maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, road maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, Small projects construction ,Customers’ modifications, Environmental Management, Ensuring communities are managed and maintained to a high standard.. etc.) working closely with Projects, Development, Commercial, Leasing, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Human Resource, Emaar Malls, and Emaar Hospitality Depts. as well as with Emaar Customers, Contractors, Consultants, Service Providers, and government authorities.

1 Managed the construction & operation of the largest Sales Center in Egypt covering 13,000 sq. m. of built up area (EGP 200 Million) in addition to 45,000 sq. m. of landscaping & roads.2 Construction and handover of 6 mockup villas (Street of Dreams villas for sales purposes).3 Supervision of site grading works earthworks for 18 million m3 of rock over an area of 4.2 million Sq. m. in Mokattam. (EGP 1.5 Billion)4 Uptown Cairo infrastructure works water, sewage and electrical systems in addition to telecommunication networks EGP 180 Million.5 Construction of two villages 73 Villas (EGP 211 Million).6 Completed project Take Over & insured project is technically completed according to the contract requirements, time, quality and cost.
