I am a PMP-certified professional and a member of the Saudi Engineers Council, with a strong background in EPC, lump sum, and measurable contracts.Using different methodologies and techniques, I have successfully executed, managed, handed over, and closed various construction projects, such as infrastructure, hospitals, high rise buildings, educational, housing, hospitality, and residential projects. I have also practiced many project management skills, such as pre-construction planning, technical and contract review, budgeting and estimation, work plan development, project control, resource management, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
