i. Structuring and developing Energy Management Program for Hospital Top Management from objective, mission, vision, policy etc.ii. Provide a report on monthly analysis and trending for client, make conclusion and action taken to overcome problem arise.iii. Ensure all document well prepared and keep facilitate for internal/ external auditor.iv. Prepare Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP), action plan and budget. Make sure everything is on track.v. Prepare Technical Advice (TA) Report and Condition Appraisal (CA) Report including asset management, asset upgrading and project proposal.vi. Design electrical drawing for project proposal/ project upgradingvii. Liaise with Facility Manager on Preventative Maintenance schedule, supervising in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical works and initiate orders for spare parts.viii. Liaise directly with outsource and vendor for Energy Management project and activities.

• Carried out any servicing works (Troubleshooting, calibration, training etc) & supporting engineering team in project works either mechanical or electrical field.• Respond & attend to customer site for troubleshoot system abnormality, report & advise superior on the system abnormality/ progress/ solution/ status etc• Prepared site/ Service Report for customer acknowledgement and superior/ management review whenever attend to any customer site.• Support in supervising works during mechanical installation and electrical field wiring for our project.• Able/ willing to go on-site visit locally and outstation and provide technical support as and when require.• Ensure equipment preventive maintenance and calibration procedures are maintained and implementation.• Coordinate/perform activities which include measuring, testing product and tabulating data concerning materials products or process quality.• Report any system/ equipment/ accessories non-conformities to superior.• Provide relevant technical support (mechanical & electrical) to customer when needed.• Perform on site testing, commissioning and calibration at customer’s site.• Provide training (mechanical & electrical) to end users when requested.• Calibrated instruments and tools required for job responsibilities• Ensure good housekeeping practice at all times and take responsibility for assigned work area.• Perform electrical work panel writing & termination. • Attend to any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/HOD as and when required.

Install, configure, deploy computer hardware, operating system, application and network for users.Attend sites for diagnose, troubleshoot equipment and find solution for problem issues. Test and evaluate new equipment and application.Liase with other project team by provide technical support to complete a project. Plan and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Work directly with outsources in order solve problem outside of Klang Valley.Monitor and assist outsources for major troubleshoot equipment through phone.
