It is a specialised recruitment due to the need of professional qualifications & regulated by Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM), Securities Commission (SC) & Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).· Administered the registration of licences with BNM (Financial Adviser Representative Licence) , SC (Capital Market Services Representative Licence) & FIMM (Corporate Unit Trust Adviser & Corporate Private Retirement Scheme Adviser)· Managed the registration of Licensed Financial Planner with service providers: 1) Life Insurance/ Takaful operators such as AIA, Zurich, Manulife, Great Eastern, Hong Leong Assurance, Prudential, Etiqa etc.; 2) Investments platforms such as iFAST Capital, Philip Capital Market, Philip Mutual Berhad; 3) General Insurance/ Takaful operators such as Allianz, AIG, Etiqa etc.; & 4) Estate planning companies such as RHB Trustee, as-Salihin Trustee, Rockwills, UBB Amanah etc.· Established connection with more than 30 Malaysian Universities in promoting career as a Licensed Financial Planner via certifications from Financial Planning Association Malaysia (Certified Financial Planner & Islamic Financial Planner) & Malaysia Financial Planning Council (Registered Financial Planner & Shariah Registered Financial Planner). · Assisted a remote Project Manager in the design, development & testing of Trust School Programme 2.0 ("TSP2.0"), a project to enhance the current implementation of how trust schools programme being managed in Malaysia.· Performed organisation-wide coordination & facilitation of TSP2.0 with 5 sub-working teams via weekly/ monthly meetings, monthly progress updates, collaborating workshops & prepared monthly status report to the Managing Director.· Performed programme-wide on project's resourcing, structure & timeline.· Coordinated logistics of project team's in TSP2.0 activities such as hotel, flight & car rental bookings, project's budget tracking, procurement, time sheets & claims processing.· Coordinated 2 data collection exercises, at 24 trust schools all across Malaysia. · Society of Financial Independence Seekers (“SOFIS”) was a social enterprise that conducted free financial awareness, education & consultation to Malaysians public. Our aim was to improve the level of financial literacy among the public, as there were no formal personal financial education throughout Malaysians upbringing. Its operation supported by income generated from product’s commissions subscribed by our clients in Investments, Insurance/ Takaful, Unit Trusts, Will etc.· Conducted free seminars & workshops on personal financial management related topics such as Financial Planning, Debt Management, Investment Planning, Insurance/ Takaful Planning, Estate Planning & Retirement Planning.
