 Run queries to identify and track problems in relation to health insurance for international students; contact person with health insurance provider for any issues faced by students concerning the health insurance policy  Lead Orientation sessions for new international students Conduct pre-arrival webinars for new international students Assist in the development, design and implementation of programs and services for international students, such as the health insurance plan, and immigration regulations related to study and employment; Worked with the SIS Sustainment team in building queries required to track and identify international students with immigration problems Provide assistance to faculty and staff and address issues effecting international students; Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both within the University and externally; Promote an understanding of international student issues and concerns; Advocate, and bring attention to issues faced by international students; Assist international students in their transition to Canada
