- Receive reports about daily payments and cash balances- Prioritize payments and invest excess cash.- Obtain daily report of cash balances, outstanding credit facilities and short term investment.- Identify the needs for loans and overdraft facilities.- Negotiate with banks for renewals of credit facilities and investment.- Create Policies for short term investment; interest rate hedging, and insurance.- Insure that compliance reports are prepared and sent on time.- Communicate daily with all banks that the company deal with to monitor all credit facilities and banking relationship.- Negotiate new and existing facilities.- Manage all short term and long term investment.- Ensure that all outstanding credit facilities, short term investment and equity portfolio investment meet the company’s risk tolerances as per polices.- Ensure all facility covenants are actively monitored and met.- Directs and supervises subordinates to ensure that they fulfill their duties in the finance function.- Appraises the performance of direct reports as part of the performance management process.

- Conduct Financial Due Diligence in different sectors (review of economic and industry data, analysis of business and financial data, review of HR and Marketing strategies, review of contracts, leases, agreement, and litigation).- Conduct financial analysis for historical financial statements.- Undertake assignments in Feasibility Studies, Market Research, and Business Plans in several sectors including trading, hospitality and construction.- Was involved in facilitating the process of selling the non-core assets of a major listed company where I assisted in setting up a data room and the documentation of a teaser and a presentation that summarizes the business.- Prepared a management discussion and analysis (MD&A) for a listed industrial Co. to be published by the CMA.- Was a part of a team who was responsible for conducting a large wide range economic study for Jubail Industrial City where I mostly worked on the R&D, Imports and the health care sectors. I was also responsible for conducting a large number of interviews with the large petrochemical companies in Jubail for matters relating to the economic study.
