I have over 14 years of engineering work experience in R&D software, managing and leading teams, projects, and customer requirements.I am responsible for coordinating 60 people, including managers, software project managers, software architects, software integrators, software application developers, and software HMI developers, dealing with customer needs and expectations on a daily basis. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that met the agreed schedules, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. I have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for learning and solving complex problems.
