Specializing in the procurement of Resin and NVH parts for new models, I contributed to the early stages of product development by leading cost estimation for critical components. My expertise in understanding raw material types and interpreting complex engineering drawings allowed me to effectively manage procurement processes through RFQs. I implemented a rigorous supplier selection strategy, focusing on high-performing suppliers with proven track records, while expanding opportunities to mold makers to enhance pricing control. I co-supervised a team of 4 students, managing and coordinating their Final Year Projects (FYPs) to ensure timely progress and successful outcomes. I played a key role in technical knowledge transfer by imparting expertise in reverse engineering, particularly in converting physical objects into 3D drawings using advanced 3D Laser Scanner technology.
