I would like to summarize about my experience of work. I’ve been working for about 5 years and plus now. My first company I work with is Fujitsu (M), I’ve been there almost 2 years and supporting our British American Tobacco client globally. What I do is, I do support our clients technically via email and telephone for all application problems like SAP, Lotus Notes, Orange, AD, Blackberry, Handheld and many more. Managing incidents and service request for those issues with SLA time frame. After a year, I’ve got an offer from HP to support oil and gas company which is SHELL globally. I do support our clients remotely for all issues, included hardware, software, application, network, server and mobile device. My technical knowledge and experience gained since I’m working with HP and Fujitsu. I do have a strong reason why I’m leaving HP after got another offer from the US Medical Product Company (Carefusion). In Carefusion, I am supporting mostly all the clinical products, patients, medications, application, server, network and medical situations as Product/IT Support Specialist. The main reason I am looking for another because I’m looking something more challenging and gain more knowledge to deliver the best for the company I work with. I am planning to get the CCNA Routing and Switching - IT Certifications and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) for Server Infrastructure & Desktop Infrastructure quite soon. So I can improve my knowledge and skills in this IT industry
Listed skills include Technical Support, Networking, Hardware, Service Desk, and 5 others.
