responsibilities: Daily task- Monitor hourly product perfomance and do sample analysis on downtrend yeild base on spec limit. - trigger respected department to do troubleshooting base on FA Finding. by doing that, we can stop problem machine and to reduce more reject product. - Provide advance analysis result for each defect by detecting each material that cant be see by using microscope analysis machine. base on periodic table- Analyzing and characterization media defect type ,material composition and contamination nature before publishing the data to requester .- Upload data into the server ,review ,analysis data and follow up database closure and management.- Experience in handling Microscope ,AFM ,SiS , Candela optic and SEM - EDX- Troubleshoot and calibrate Lab Equipment when needed- Provide pilot Line support for Each Qualification Improvement and new product development - Provide assistance to Engineers base on job priority and critical production line issue and product evaluation.- work in team. always comunicate and discuss to get better result.

responsibilities: work as second level inspection after auto optical inspectiondefine defect type and inform effected process for machine improvement (defect reduction)- Resolve low yield problem for current Hour ,Improve yield by triggering the right Process or material Issue- Identify root cause for top 3 Defect for Every effected machine by hours- Daily report for every Quality issue that encounter ( process and material Issue) - Experience handling Microscope ,AFM ,SiS , Candela optic and some other Optical inspection Machinery. - Troubleshoot and calibrate Lab Equipment when needed- Do some testing on new product and do analysis if we find new kind of defect- Improvement & evaluate test for any future changes on the process flow or chemical changes to make better product & meet customer satisfaction- Provide pilot Line support for Each Qualification Improvement- Provide assistance to Engineers in failure analysis field.
