- Prepares accurate and valid sales invoices and submits them to the client in a timely manner.- Records and reconciles replenishment of credit card, e-dirham and e-wallet. - Updates receipts from customer and follow up on collection on weekly basis.- Enters sales invoices and receipts into tally system. - Submit invoices and Ageing to customer via email and follow up subsequently over phone. - Ensure expense invoice booking is completed in a timely manner with accuracy.- Ensure all documents are submitted in Docu-sign properly.- Ensure all documents are saved in shared folder subsequently- Prepare bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.- Reconcile and issue typing fee monthly billing with in due date.- Assist with and coordinate the completion of year end audits for the allocated clients’/ business unit in conjunction with the audit firm appointed;- Identify and resolve performance issues; escalate issues as appropriate to the Line Manager;- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;- Manage and work with other finance team members specific to their clients/ business unit to ensure a timely period end close;- Ensure there is no misappropriation in the accounts by continuously keeping eye on the allocated client/business unit; - Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend proposed solutions to senior management;
