I have overall experience of 5 years, specifically in unsecured SME business loan.Current Job and Responsibilities -• • Team handling with Individual target in terms of both value and volume.Achieve Individual target in terms of both value and volume.• Monitors quality check of documents before deciding disbursement of various lender( IDFC, IIFL, Incred, UGRO, ABFL, etc).• Handling credit operations from files login todisbursement.• Receive loan agreements and schedule meetings with thecustomers for completing the agreement signing formalities.• Verification of disbursal documents like agreements , Modeof payment and other required documents from the customersas per the lender checklist.• Analysis of CAM as per company and lender policy.• Coordination with credit team , operations team , sales teamand various outsource agencies for reports such as FCU , CPV ,valuation and legal etc.• Support sales and credit in meeting agreed TAT and Targets.• Making loan and disbursement of files and ready to dispatch.• Ensuring accurate and timely release of funds , upcoming andpending disbursements scheduled.• Daily final check to ensure that all files to be disbursed havebeen accounted for and timely disbursed at closing.• Prepares loan work sheet , credit report , and applicationcopy for each loan.
