CurrentResponsibilities-Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards.-Conduct thorough site inspections for civil construction work, ensuring adherence to project specifications, IFC drawings, and final approved drawings from authorities.-Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operational activities on project sites.-Manage site operations in accordance with Specifications and Work Methodโฆ Show more Responsibilities-Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards.-Conduct thorough site inspections for civil construction work, ensuring adherence to project specifications, IFC drawings, and final approved drawings from authorities.-Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operational activities on project sites.-Manage site operations in accordance with Specifications and Work Method Statements.-Act as the primary technical adviser on-site, guiding subcontractors, foremen, and craftspersons.-Coordinate with the Technical team for any changes in drawings or revisions, and liaise with the QA/QC -Follow up with consultants for QC inspections and ensure adherence to QCS 2014 standards.-Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with local construction regulations.-Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports, updating consultants and project stakeholders on progress and issues.-Check work execution against IFC Drawings and Shop Drawings.-Prepare Work Executed checklists and follow up to ensure tasks are completed as planned.-Handle quantity take-offs and material inspections, ensuring proper management of materials and workmanship.-Oversee material selection, requisition, and site logistics to meet project deadlines efficiently.-Ensure all works meet stipulated quality standards and strictly follow HSE norms on-site.-Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards, -preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural elements.-Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing the labor force and supervising subcontractors.-Ensure the use of quality materials and adherence to design specifications.-Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards.
