Assisting DS Manager and Business Development in ensuring smooth running of the office administratively and operationally. To train and coach employees in all aspects of their duties to enhance job efficiency and professionalism. Preparing reports and when required by Department Head i.e ticketing report, feedback report. To ensure proper house keeping by conducting branch spot check from time to time and submit to Operation Department for further action.
