Roles and Responsibilities• Generate leads at CXO level in the US and Canada Region for recruitment process outsourcing services through Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.• Identify prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases• Coordinating with the senior management on issues arising in the day-to-day operations for customer service and sales & marketing plans for improvement• Responsible for handling US in terms of lead generation, market research • Collaborate with Sales/Presales team to exchange information on markets/leads/prospects• Connect to CXOs of target companies to understand their pain areas and suggest how to solve their problems.• Understand and design appropriate functional pitch/mailers to the CXOs for the focused segments• Conducting new market development activities via researching on sources while identifying newer business opportunity and considering customer preference to generate revenue for the organization.• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once• Knowledge in Tax Terms – 1099/w2/ C2C• Knowledge in Visas – OPT, H1B, EAD, GC & TN,F1

Roles and Responsibilities:• Servicing the existing clients• Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables.• Responsible for client retention along with maintaining relationship.• Attain or exceed objectives for current account revenue and up-sell more opportunities to be created from new services and products. • Set-up appointments on daily basis, and meeting pre-defined set of paid members to cover the whole lot on regular basis• Achievement of weekly sales targets from existing paid members
