➢ Supervise the mechanical team to execute the work as per drawing and timely completion of work.➢ Supervised and coordinated workers' activities engaged in maintaining building utility systems, such as electrical, HVAC, mechanical piping, Fire protection system and BMS control systems, Facilitated and managed the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment's.➢ Tracked facility services requests and ensured requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards.➢ Executed maintenance plans to sustain the utilities equipment within given engineering standards.➢ Handled the overall management of quality, costs, service, and people with the aid of technicians across all shifts to achieve and maintain technical efficiency and equipment readiness.➢ Monitored equipment to ensure the plant's quality, efficiency, and safety and supervised the safety of operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of the facility's equipment and instruments.➢ Initiate Predictive/Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Order through Preventive Maintenance Schedule and distributed to the concerned work control thru for their action.➢ Responsibility to create the PM procedure, Master schedule & Checklist based on the equipment manufacture recommendation.➢ Creating the Master schedule for preventive maintenance such as Electrical, UPS, Mechanical, HVAC, plumping, Elevators, BMS, Security system, Fire alarm & Fire protection system.➢ Implementation or developing the standard operating procedure (SOP) to maintain the smooth operation of the equipment’s.➢ Responsible for the Building management system.
