Working as BAU Support for OCBC MY Internet Banking, responsibled to “keep the lights on” for critical system to the bank. Ensure system is up and running 24/7 and working with external downstream system on outage incident. At the same time, helping Business User to any inquiries regarding real time statistics, invent improvement internally after project deployment and supporting fraud investigation under risk management team.

Playing role as Technical Analyst & Business Analyst, to make the company product suitable with the client in Financial Services, from both point of view (Technical and Business). To sit with client and gather the requirement, understand the business model and propose solution to suit company product.

Maintain and enhance Branch System according to business owner direction and request. Involve from requirement analysis, development, SIT including integration with other system and supporting UAT cycle. Also will provide support during production environment implementation and after implementation.

Going thru SDLC phases, for every existing system or new system. Handling projects and clients.
