Business Process re-engineering

I Was working with ATGroup as HR officer gaining Human Resources Principles, and working within HR team to achieve our goals, in 10/2010 I got my promotion to be Senior HR Officer, My main duties was: (but not limited)Building manpower plan with Company Structure.Determine main responsibilities for departments (Function Statements). And write Job Descriptions for all departments.Recruitments and inductions for new joiners. Creating and editing policies and processors.Monitoring and development for work flows, creating forms and templates used and create new ones or develop used.Creating reports to the General Manager. I was involved in some projects like:Communications (Voice Calls): determine each job title required budget according to the offer gained from service provider company (zain).Standardization: put main requirements of furniture to each office and distribute employees into their places, reflect that to floor plans available at AutoCAD.

University days. I worked with IPSOS-STAT company as a field researcher responsibilities was:Collecting and filling surveys with people in different areas according to specific quota.Communicate and dealing with people with specific features to participate in focus groups.

In this company I have completed the compulsory training. While being there I have gained experience on how to deal with costumers and workers, and how to work on some of the production lines.

University Days. Selling stationary at that shop during university days I gained a huge experience from that shop on how to deal with others and the systems of selling and buying in Jordanian market.
