Prepare comparison of price list and update to the IT manager for decision making.• Report to IT manager for any complaint or request raise by the staff & management, status update on any completed or pending issue, and give suggestion for future improvement.• Prepare and update standard operating procedure for all IT support performed for future reference.• Assists IT Manager and perform any other duties as assigned from time to time to facilitate project and task completion.• Participate during the system evaluation and testing after software migrated to the new server.• Deploy and configure all laptops with the latest SOE by enrolling the devices to windows OOBE and run the imaging via windows autopilot. • Assist Project team to prepare and update the documentation for all the software installation and configuration guide.

Liaise with HQ team to update or advise if need to escalate to correct vendor.STORE SYSTEM MIGRATION ROLL OUT.• Perform staging and testing for all POS hardware and peripheraldevices for store system migration.• Perform onsite installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting for POS system hardware and software drivers.• Standby for any issue raised, perform troubleshooting, and solve onsite. Liaise with HQ team to update or advise if need to escalate to correct vendor.EIS, ELECTRONIC INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVICE ROLL OUT• Perform onsite installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting for EIS devices.• Liaise with HQ team for any issue arise during installation, faulty device, wrong peripheral connection type, low signal coverage for broadband.
