I was tasked with delivering technical assistance at the RAF education and training center, reporting to the ETS Chief. Collaborating with the RAF's IT department, I ensured seamless technology operations within the ETS. My duties included resolving user issues encompassing hardware, OS, software, and networks. I handled L1 and L2 problems and escalated L3 issues to the RAF IT department, ensuring resolution. Additionally, I managed ETS civilian and military testing centers based on Pearson VUE.

I oversaw the comprehensive upkeep of their IT infrastructure, encompassing Mail, File, and Backup Servers, as well as Workstations such as Laptops and Desktops, and LAN/WAN network infrastructure. This included maintenance of various operating systems like Microsoft Server, Windows, CentOS Linux, and FreeNAS. Additionally, I managed Microsoft 365 mail server and applications, Kaspersky endpoint security server, Ubiquiti wireless access points, HP switches, Load balancing routers, Multi-functional printers, Time attendance machine, CCTV systems, and other relevant technologies.

At FLC, collaborated within a team to deliver IT solutions to both individual and corporate clients. Responsible for delivering support encompassing Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems, Office 365 solutions, corporate and individual antivirus security, data backup and recovery solutions, and networking solutions.
