Savola Foods Company - Savola group:Latest Achievements:• Operating Performance Model: Prepared a new financial model (excel) for the operating performance analysis of the company. It is a custom made, tailored, automated, detailed model which provides detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecast, historic figures etc. It provides brand profitability up to each single SKU level. Indirect expenses allocations were made after a very extensive exercise with each cost center holder. It includes automated Cash-flows, balance-sheet, balance Scorecard and other KPIs. Company is operating on the new model, which is in turn being used for forecasting, planning and reporting purposes.• New Pricing Model: Prepared a new pricing automated model for the company with consideration to BOMs and introduced the • 12 Million SR Saving: Identified a complicated error in pricing strategy which saved the company 12 million SR, as it was claimed back from customers.

Provided the management with Audit-Ready Fixed Asset Register with complete workings and supporting file.•IFRS Compliant Componentized Fixed Asset Register: Making a new IFRS compliant Register for AIC by attending meetings with the External and Internal Experts, allocating new useful lives and values to the assets, implementing the Parent-Child relation. Interfaced new register to F.A Module and mapped it with the old FAR.
