I worked part time with designing and describing areas such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Application Programming Interface (API) and Network ( e.g. Microsegmentation). My job was to create set of documents that recommended structures and integrations of IT products and services.

Responsible for the digital transformation within three committees and two administrations. I created a structure/working method for how we identify improvments and prioritize these, guide projects through its various phases and realize the IT needs of the administrations/committees towards digital transformation. Furthermore, I started and was responsible for a digitalisation team consisting of approx. 10-12 members.

I have mainly worked as a IT architect in the R&D department. I also had other roles such as Service Developer and Project Manager. As a architect, I was part of our architecture team delivering reports, solution models and identifying functional and non functional requirements. As project manager, for example, I led the municipality-wide project with the aim to implement digital signatures. As service development manager for "Account as a service" including Google Workspace, and "Chromebook as a service" I have driven development plans and change through RFCs. Had dialogue with customer representatives to understand and capture customer needs.

During my time at CGI, I have worked in various roles such as Project Manager, RPA-developer, IT-architect and UX-designer.Project 2- In this project, I worked as a project manager in a RPA project. The work involved being in the center and ensuring that information was disseminated to all stakeholders and that the desired result was delivered to the customer, with consideration to deadlines and costs / hours. When necessary, I also worked as a RPA-developer and helped build the robots.Project 1- During this project, I worked as an IT-architect with development of IP services that CGI provides, for example with analysis of their back-end architecture to map potential migration with the aim of making the services more cost-effective. Furthermore, I also worked on creating a visual prototype of mobile IP services for CGI's end users.

Identifying challenges in their journey towards Digital Transformation. For presentation of their complex situation, Soft Systems Methodology was used. SSM is a method for organizational process modeling and it is used both for complex problem solving and for managing changes. I also delivered a customized action plan based on Enterprise Architecture management. EAM is a management practices that establishes, maintains and uses coherent set of guidelines, architectural principles and governance systems that provide guidance and practical help with the design and development of a company's architecture to achieve its vision and strategy.
