Operation field technician & Control room technician (1995-2006) Commissioning, operation, of natural gas treatment facility, processing over 7.9 mmscmd. Including CO2/H2 S removal, (Amine wash); Sulphur recovery unit; Condensate stabilisation; Dehydration, (Glycol/Molecular sieve); Nitrogen rejection, (Cryogenic separation); Gas compression, Sales Gas Metering and Condensate export by road tanker. Controlled by (DCS) Distributed Control System, (Foxboro).The concern for my assignment was first development toward supervisory position which is a motivation for all of us, personnaly I feel that within the production department, I had many occasions for development and motivation which enormously improved my skills and knowledge. Since I have been deputizing this position on several occasions with effectiveness & value I feel I’m ready to fulfil the duties. Looking forward to enhance the culture of team working within the group and within the department by making time available to support colleagues, staff and encourage them to make the best improve the leadership quality that helps me to lead my colleagues successfully and easily and also make decision based on analysis and deep investigation.
