I apply that passion every day, combining legal knowledge and experience with a common-sense business approach to help clients efficiently navigate their complex commercial, insurance-coverage, and tort matters from when an issue first arises to final resolution. I’ve helped clients obtain favorable results at trial, in arbitrations, and on appeal in cases involving breach of contract, insurance coverage, class actions, theft of trade secrets, violations of noncompete agreements, and contract rescission, among other issues. My clients include not only many of America’s leading companies and insurers, but also small to mid-size organizations and their owners. As a trained mediator, I also help other attorneys and their clients resolve their difficult cases through alternative dispute resolution (ADR).I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and I earned my J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
