Responsible for 1. Supply Chain Solutions 2. Global Key Account Management.i. Develop and provide logistics solutions for the customer’s entire logistics process- Storage, Filling & Blending services- Project Solutions (end-to-end logistics)- Supply Chain Analysisii. Developing a Global Key Account Management Strategy- Target and strengthening the KA relationship- Global commercial approach- Multidisciplinary teamsCompleted projects with Global Key Customers: GPS Track & Trace, Supply Chain Analysis, a Bulk vessel to ISO shipments (pipeline product), Regional Distribution Optimization.Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and responsible for the Key Account Management team.

Analyze the market, meet business opportunities on it, as well as competitors, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the product.Work with the existing customer base in the market. Increase of the share of each customer, upsells.Communicate with customers by e-mail or over the phone.Work with unpaid invoices.Working and communicating with the finance team.Attend professional seminars, conferences, and events

● Conventional and Radio trunking systems.● GSM networks.● CDMA networks.● Transmission links (Microwave links and Optical communication links "Infra red links".● Implementation managing/ supervision.● Site acquisition from majors contracting companies.● Managing teams for site implementation.● Installation of antennas and antenna feeders (Huawei, NSN).● Installation of DC power systems (batteries & rectifiers) (Huawei, NSN).● Installation and commissioning of telecommunication systems (Huawei, NSN)

General responsibilities include:● Work closely with the program management team, mechanical, software, and electrical engineers to make sure it worksproperly● Define and negotiate customer technical requirements● Create requirements documents using Microsoft Word and Excel● Actively participate in the generation of technical specifications, design documentation, test plans, and test reports. ● Ensure that all the international standards are maintained● Diagnoses and repairs.● Suspension and alignment.
