“The Looking Glass” was a social and developmental project that examined the intersections of gender, identity, and power. It was the result of 2 years of primary and secondary research funded by the UKRI and GCRF, and was in collaboration with Lahore University of Management Sciences and University of Bristol.I managerially showcased a screening of the documentary, panel talks with the researchers and communities, art installations, an education curriculum, and an ethnographic case study.I polished my skills in creative and logistical planning, event marketing, and seamless execution. Collaborating with artists and managing communication with participants, I ensured the event's success while generating and maintaining a robust social media presence. My experience as Event Manager demonstrates my strategic and organizational prowess as well as highlights my ability to effectively navigate diverse responsibilities in a professional setting.
