Major Responsibilities : Monitor network, application and security related tools proactively to prevent impending issues Drive the resolution issues by working to define and diagnose issues by applying technical expertise, product knowledge, communication and problem solving skills Prioritize issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution or escalation of all issues within accepted service levelsThe responsibilities of the IT Security Operations Center are : Responsible for daily intrusion detection monitoring and advising on information security issues related to Seagate’s network and datacenters Ensures the internal security controls are appropriate and operating as intended, determine malicious or unauthorized activity by checking logs from security devices, and coordinate the response to Incident Response Team Provides first level support for security monitoring and analysis Provide incident response functions when appropriate and coordinate activities with field site personnel when directed by the Security Operations Manager Support Security Operations in publishing incidents, alerts, advisories and bulletins as required Communicate through a variety of channels including e-mail, instant messaging, phone, etc.The responsibilities of the Network Operations Center are : Monitors and maintains the equipment from the Network Operation Center to ensure high accessibility, availability and reliability of the Seagate's networks Monitors and analyzes system performance and capacity, both in real-time and after-the-fact. Takes appropriate pro-active corrective action as necessary to maintain services. Participates in the evaluation of technology enhancements relating to services supported by the Network Operation Center.

- Provide security monitoring and response to the security alerts, re actively and proactively . - Perform investigation with global Intel employees ,if there is any security incidents was caused.Clarify with them about company security policies and rules. - Perform root cause analysis of the alerts and provide solution. - Investigate security logs from Proxy and Exchange server if any suspicious alerts triggers. - Perform intrusion and malware analysis from the infected systems worldwide and handle malware outbreak in the network. - Work with server owners to have Anti Virus management with the servers. - Manage infrastructure of security applications. - Part of IT Emergency Response Team. Initiate global level IT outage and work together with Incident Commanders to solve IT outages. - Publish incidents and bulletins to the global employee page to keep them updated with what's going on.

- Provide technical support by phone, chat, email, and web ticketing interfaces to internal customer on software/hardware products, business processes, and services.- Provided technical consultations for Windows OS, Smartphones, Exchange Servers, Network, company policies & guidelines .

- Provided field support of time attending & payroll systems.- Traveled around northern region of the country to provide service to our customers.
