Key responsibilities: • Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance.• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and insights during audit processes. • Generate ad hoc financial reports as needed by management. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives with overall organizational goals. • Contribute to the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key responsibilities:Supervising different team of juniors in execution and finalization of audit assignments of different sectors including NPOs, Govt organizations, service organizations.

Key Responsibilities: Leading team of Audit juniors (as assigned by engagement partner/ manager) during the planning, execution and finalization of audits in order to maintain professional skepticism and quality during each phase of audit.Performing audit procedures to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence. Completing audit checklist and working papers.Preparation of draft financial statements and audit reports.Preparing management letter to highlight deficiencies in internal control and compliance with local laws
