Program Officer
Current- Assist leadership and team members resolving complex enquiries and making appropriate determinations and identifying opportunities for business and process improvements and offer changes solutions to leadership.
- Provide on-the-job support providing advice, procedural guidance, and administrative support and check the work quality for other staff.
- Assist customers and stakeholders to access, navigate or interpret services across a range of payments, programs and services as well as liaising with other staff and teams to resolve routine program and policy issues
