AGM is considered the oldest and largest “under-one-roof” plastic producer in the Middle East. The company was establish in 1968 and now has 6 plants producing a range of plastic products to the consumer and industrial markets in the MENA region, Europe, and Asia.• Introduce the Grading Structure through Kornferry Hay Group and created pay equity and uniformity within organizations (Job Analysis). Benchmarked the organization with Core Peer Groups and Support Groups. • Worked with Tower Watson, Hay Group and the Lamas Consulting on the leadership development program.• Successfully executed the Succession Planning along with TNA in order to launch the training calendar to develop and retain the Talent of the organization. Manpower Optimization and budgeting.• Initially designed and implemented the process of Performance Management System with SMART objectives and Force Ranking. And its integration through SAP Success Factors. • Core member of SAP Project team, lead the implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 which includes the payroll, OM Organizational Management and ESS / MSS module (From blue print to UAT, final confirmation and then currently as a power user). • Lead the implementation of SAP Success Factor (Talent Acquisition and management). The project automated the Recruitment & Selection process along with performance management, human capital planning, talent pool, succession planning. • Integration of STIP and ASMR with performance.• Lead the recruitment team and designed the recruitment process. Mass recruitment within the record time and minimum utilization of recruitment agencies for executive level positions. Increased the saudization % of the organization from 20% to 27%. Launch the Future Leader Program for fresh Saudi Engineers to build the capability and succession for the key roles. • Design the HR Processes and Policies & Procedure and its implementation company wide and system integration (in SAP).
