Key Responsibilities: To control total logistics from the origin to final destination. Preparing all related Import & Export documents for Trading business. Liaison with bank for timely for open LCs (Export) and advise LCs (Import) and amendments Handling vessel bulk shipments Improve customer satisfaction through operational efficiency. Co-ordinate with shipping line, transporters and agents to ensure on-time shipments. Prepare business reports and present them to top management which helps in decision making process. Liaison with buyers for frequency and timeliness of payments Maintain the shipment sheet and update to the management on weekly basis. Coordinate with Inspection Companies and port agent for arranging inspection for vessel shipments and container shipments. Handling the stock and co-ordinate with sales department to optimize outbound logistics movement.

Key Responsibilities: Handling the import and Export documentation process. Controlling thy empty containers movements in container yard. Daily, weekly and monthly report to the management as well as overseas office. Helping to accounts and finance to make payment and receivable entries in the system.
