Broadly involved in Risk Advisory, my role was to lead projects involving:*Internal financial control testing*Designing Risk Control Matrix *Risk based internal audit *Cost benefit analysis, *Financial reconciliations *Compliance testing.I was responsible for leading projects along with assistance of a small team, my role being communicating with the client, storyboarding and planning projects, analysing client data, preparation & presentation of reports.

Role involved assisting the engagement teams in:* Implementation of corporate restructuring* Assisted in equity valuation* Inheritance tax planning - preparing research notes on various tax implications on the restructuring deal.
