•Administrative control on the Department. Heading 2 production floors of 1000 shift m/cs with a daily production of avg 85000 garments, with a team of 75 staff and 200 QC.•Assuring quality parameters from cut to pack including trims quality.•Process Control , Introduction & implementation of QC techniques, Conducting Studies and Trials to improve the Quality of in-process materials and final product.•Developing a comprehensive quality report to strengthen the quality by conducting inspection at every stage of production.•To conduct third party inspections and Fire Wall Audits.Handling the men's & ladies, inner and outer wear garments. Taking care of 750 shift machines & manpower of 75 staff and 200 QC.Catering to buyers such as Hanes, Walmart, Woolworth, Nike, Nordstrom, Decathlon.Handling a daily production of 1 Lakh undergarments and 5000 POLOS from in-house and various vendors.
