I love to win but helping the team win gives me greater joy. Keeping 300 employees (in my current role) engaged is a demanding task, but it all boils down to effective and constant communication with my project managers.2) My gut instinct is good, but I seek data for my decisions. For over a decade, I have defined KPIs and key metrics and performed data analysis in MSFT/Excel and other software.3) I ensure I never reject an inquiry from our clients (at most, we ask them for more time). 4) I had the opportunity to work in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia on projects, to roll out a lead management system and transition customer service. 5) I love playing cricket; if situations at home were favourable growing up, I would have been a cricketer. But I decided to pursue my passion when I was little settled in life. I formed a cricket team, The Groundbreakers and every weekend; I play with other teams in Gurgaon.6) I stay calm when faced with adversity. My focus remains on making high-quality decisions.
