Lead the SAM core product which is Mastercard’s settlement product deployed in over 200 countries. My area of focus is on ISO 20022 migration to move the existing MT messages to MX messages for settlement use cases.

Working on the critical ISO 20022 migration projects, Mohit is responsible for driving the outbound leg at a program level, with focus on documentation, building knowledge repository, analysing as-is state of the systems, engaging in technical discussions pertaining to future state of systems and processes as a whole.Mohit also has worked in the real time payments crew, responsible for creating slew of API's acting as bridge between external channels and various vendor products, there by allowing for various payments messages to flow from channels to CBA's payments infrastructure.

Product flex: Project Brief: The theme for the year 2019-20 is customer obsession, a vision shared by the current CEO of Barclays. As part of that vision product flex aims at simplifying the way customers engage with Barclays specifically Barclaycard. We are working towards making new credit card launch cycle more agile with focus on reducing the product development cycle from current 200 days to 90 days. Launch new products which offer more to the customers and create a technological eco-system which would allow us to improve customer experience both in the traditional and digital channels.• Working closely with the market research team to understand the demographics & needs of our customers• Understanding the current product offerings and comparing them with competition offerings• Designing new product shells using the research data, create a proposal and get it approved with stakeholders• Designing customer journeys for new customer acquisition which includes both traditional(branches) and digital approaches which includes app based journeys as well as web based journeys• Engaging with the marketing team, assisting them in formulating their customer campaigns • Support the technical teams with their queries around the new products, promotional offers, type of communications • Actively involved in live proving activities like scenario creation for testing and understanding the customer pain points in the proposed journeys• Support the operations staff with their queries/feedback on the new offerings• Analyzing the current compliance levels(As-Is) of the bank and working closely with legal & compliance for T&Cs• Leveraging the FB-prophet algorithm we also predicted the volume of new acquisition for the year 2019-20

I work for a Swiss investment bank, and support them in the Risk and Finance domain. My projects are a great mix of Market data and Credit risk data which includes trade , Sensitivity data & client transaction data. We use this data for regulatory risk reporting for large exposure reporting and inter group transactions, which includes various types of risk calculations like VAR . On a regular basis I have to perform data analysis on trade data coming from front office risk management systems, and come up with various types of analysis like VAR, Counter-party risk, client spending behavior, threshold definition for specific geographic locations, and predictions about among other things.
