# Appraising credit proposals & judging appropriateness of relevant documents for risk mitigation. # Performing the functions of assessing creditworthiness of clients and taking adequate steps to ensure receipt of payments and recovery of bad debts.# Close working with the Collections team and delinquency analysis including regular recovery visits.# Maintaining relation with net worth clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction standards.# Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.# Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.# Interacting on a regular basis with the various DSAs relating to all mortgage products.# Managing the branch auditors and checking the daily audit responses.# Managing a team of CPAs and other staffs engaged in the Kolkata Branch.# Verification of Legal and technical aspects of the property.

# Finalization of Financial Statements, preparation of Cost Sheets and other MIS Reports, Filing of IT Returns, Excise Return, VAT Return, Service Tax Return, TDS Return, etc., # Consolidation of Accounts of different branches.# Dealing with Banks with respect to loans, negotiating interest rates with banks, preparation of stock statements with respect to cash credit loan, preparation of CMA for Banks, etc.# Dealing with WBIDC & Tea Board for Subsidy related matters.

# Conducting & assisting in US GAAP Audit, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, etc.# Filing of ITRs, Finalization of Accounts, etc.

# Keeping track on Spreads, Ratios, Open Interest, Volume, etc for tracing any arbitrage opportunities in Commodity Market.# Keeping track on international markets for key data like US Jobless Data, LME inventory stock data, etc and other international news relevant for Indian Commodity market.
