have worked as a Entrepreneur/Self-Employed Post Covid. Earlier, Before Covid I had done work as a design Engineer. My Work during Entrepreneurship was contractual Work with Shivalaya Construction, APS Hydro Pvt Ltd. and Tomar Construction. I worked on Structure of Bridges and Highways. Although,I have recent Civil Construction Background, I was more involved in team building, team Participation, Sales, and Operations. Operations were key part of my work. I had opportunity to work on Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant, and Water Treatment Plant, Bridges - Raft, Pier and Piercap, Underpasses and Culverts. I have strong leadership sense and excellent communication and drafting skills. I understand essence of Business. About how many factors such as Managerial, Financial, Operational, Communicational approaches that form essence of Business Development and Growth.
