With a natural inclination for process improvement and a passion for precision, I’ve always been fascinated by the mechanics behind streamlined operations and production quality. From my first encounters with Lean principles to implementing innovative solutions in fast-paced environments, I’ve learned that efficiency isn’t just about cutting waste—it’s about creating systems that empower people and processes to perform at their best.Currently, I’m diving deep into the world of continuous improvement at FGF Brands, where I collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges that come with high-volume production. One of my recent projects involved solving a puzzling data misalignment across our SAP and SQL systems. By thoroughly investigating and accounting for often-overlooked details, I not only pinpointed the issue but drove data alignment to over 98%, transforming our approach to inventory accuracy.In a different project, I helped create a more organized and efficient production environment through a sanitation 5S initiative. Beyond achieving cleanliness, this effort reduced downtime and contributed to a measurable waste reduction. My work here has reinforced a belief that even the smallest adjustments can bring meaningful results, such as improved quality and consistency in the Donut line.Beyond the technical aspects, I thrive on learning and growing through hands-on experience. My journey has taken me through roles at Trane Technologies, where I crafted custom VBA tools to streamline inventory management, and at research and development positions where I tackled process bottlenecks with data-driven strategies.As I continue my master’s studies in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University, I’m honing my skills to bridge the gap between theory and application, constantly seeking out new ways to refine processes and add value. My goal is to drive operational excellence that not only supports a company’s bottom line but also elevates the experience for everyone involved—from the production floor to the end customer.
