Project ProtoCenter 1M:Developed India’s first largest and smartest FDM Based industrial grade 3d printer 'Protocentre 1M' having build volume of 1 cubic meter in a multidisciplinary team of seven people, achieved 1/6 cost reduction from the standard market Product.Brought this new product from inception to production stage in seven months Did Parametric CAD modelling using Solidworks,Fabricated machine part using VMC,Defined Assembly Sequences, Search and Coordinated with vendors for part procurement, Developed and Monitored a system to track Machine Parts Production and Procurement CycleEstablished standard design practices in the company by compiling learnings from the project into a 'Designer’s Guideline' for Knowledge transfer activities.Management Activities:Formulated and defined the policies for sustainable company's Dealer Network, Conceptualised and Drafted company's Dealership agreement. Developed an Inventory and store Management System,Defined the standards for procurement of part going into the production cycle.Developed and monitored company's help desk for support services, Defined the standards process to handle customer queries for the efficient support system.

Developed 1-d temperature analysis mathematical models to observe the transient thermal behavior of the subsystems involved in concentrated solar tower technology based convective furnace experimental setup at IIT Jodhpur. The project is a part of ongoing research at ABSTC.Developed MATLAB codes to study the effect of temperature variation for Square Receiver, Piping networks, Pebble bed storage with variable inputs in the system (mass flow rate of air, surface solar heat flux).
