I have an experience of overall 4+ years in the field of case processing and operations in pharmacovigilance with a experience as a Certified Process Trainer under Oncology. -Can do triage, Data Entry, Quality Control in Argus, provide Training to the team, conductong team sessions.-Can able to process ICSRs of Clinical trials, literature abstracts and articles, non-interventional studies, PMS and spontaneou.- Have sound knowledge of GPV guidelines and have worked for both US and EU pharma clients.- Possess excellent training skills and have successfully trained and mentored over 80 associates in Cognizant.- Work with the client to maintain the compliance of the teams in the project- Provide RCA and CAPA for any non-compliance in the project- Have good experience in handling team activities and management- Provide feedback to the team members as and when required.- Possess sound communication and inter-personal skills- Have sound knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, 21 CFR part 11 and E2B guidelines- Attend weekly/monthly client calls or meetings and provide appropriate training or feedback to the team members as applicable.
