Mohit Began his Journey In 2012, where he encountered a pivotal figure managing CCTV systems for ICICI and Axis Bank. Intrigued by the field, he began working with this individual on weekends, balancing school and home responsibilities during weekdays. Within two years, Mohit launched his own venture with a close friend, taking on smaller contracts for CCTV installations and expanding into the distribution of CCTV accessories. Concurrently, he pursued a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Balancing college and business became overwhelming, leading Mohit to gradually close his business in 2015 to focus on his studies.His passion for the automotive sector led him to join the SAE club in Under-Grad College, where he contributed to the Fabrication and Manufacturing of Electric vehicles. In 2019, he was promoted to team captain, leading his team to secure AIR-1.After graduating in 2019, Mohit joined Jubilant Foodworks. He worked on significant projects, including converting petrol-operated delivery bikes to EV's in collaboration with Hero Electric, Zeal Electric. He Played a Major Role in Reducing LPG consumption by converting stores to Pipe natural gas(PNG) and implementing an IoT-enabled EMS to Cut electricity costs. His innovative solutions and leadership led to his promotion to Circle Maintenance Manager within a year. In this role, he oversaw Maintenance & Engineering Operations at all Domino's stores in Delhi-NCRIn 2023, Mohit joined VMART as a Zonal Head. He oversaw Maintenance & Retail Operations , managed budgets, and led a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring the efficiency of the stores under his supervision.In mid-2021, Recognizing the potential of GEOP Systems, an AI consulting company, Mohit invested in the company, securing a stake and supporting its growth. Alongside this, he worked as an Operations Assistant at D-Frame Organization, focusing on developing new data structuring and processing technology based on advanced principles like blockchain and deep neural networks.Since mid-2020, Mohit has been an active stock trader, specializing in Futures, Options and stocks. He developed trading strategies balancing long-term investments with short-term trades, managing portfolios for several investors. From a young entrepreneur in the CCTV business to a professional in engineering and maintenance, and an experienced stock trader, Mohit's journey is marked by dedication, adaptability, and a continuous pursuit of innovation.
