The project was based on improving productivity and quality robustness by using Six-Sigma DMAIC process, which helped in reduction of defects & failure produced in the final output and further improving process capability. The analysis such as measurement system analysis, failure mode effective analysis and prioritization matrix including basic quality assurance tools has been implemented and documented by using process control plan.
