Establish solid working relationships with hiring managers and act as a single point of contact between managers, and candidates. Manage hiring process from interview through on-boarding, including: resume sourcing, qualifying candidates.Responsible for central operations for US Staffing and IT Consulting - Contract and Permanent employment opportunities. Responsible for “full-cycle recruitment” which includes gathering requirements from Sales team, Sourcing, Job posting, Screening and submitting short-listed candidates f or full-time and contract opportunities, Negotiating salaries, Scheduling interviews with the clients, preparing the candidates for the interview, Gathering interview feedback.Collecting all the required documents for Background verification, Reference checking and forwarding to the compliance team for further processing of the new hire applications and Extending offer letters
